John currently has a string of very nice horses in training at Old Yard, Clear Height Stables.
Several which are 2 year olds, which John believes are his best yet, and is expecting good things from them.
Capricho, who won the Wokingham Stakes at Royal Ascot in 2002 is now retired.
Vintage -`Vinnie,' one of our popular stable stars has been retired. We hope he has a long happy retirement hacking around the Sussex countryside.
If you are interested in horse ownership with John as a single owner, or part of a syndicate, we have partnerships in the yard from 2 – 12 people, we encourage all our owners to participate and involve them in every way possible. If you wish to have a stable visit with breakfast and a trip to the gallops, please contact us.
Our yearlings are coming on well and looking great. We have had a good winter campaign so far with win from Blue Deer and a great runs from Chilli Green with 2 wins during December and 2nd and 3rd places.
